How to use the Infinity App
Manage your auto insurance policy simply with the touch of a button. Infinity Insurance has a mobile app available for both iOS and Android smartphones to simplify your auto insurance experience. If you’re a new customer or need assistance, here’s a step-by-step process on how to use the Infinity App:
First steps with the Infinity App
To download the Infinity App, search “Infinity App” at the iTunes Store (for iOS) or Google Play Store (for Android).
Select the icon with the Infinity Insurance logo and download the application. Once the app has completed downloading, the icon will appear on your smartphone.
Click on the app to be prompted to a new screen. Create a new account if you don’t have one yet or log in to your account if you do. Select the options “Remember Me” and “Keep Me Logged In” if you don’t want to enter your account information every time you open the Infinity App.
After you log into Infinity App, you’ll be taken to the main dashboard. Here you’ll be able to manage your auto insurance policy easily, with the touch of a button. Some options on the homepage include viewing your policy number, start and expiration dates of your policy, and whether it’s currently active or inactive.
The homepage also allows you to access different sections in the app through the menu.
Select the three dashes on the upper left corner to view the navigation menu. The menu options include: Make a Payment, Payment History, View My Policy, Manage My Claims, Insurance ID Card, Edit My Profile, Roadside Assistance, Document Photo Upload.
Select any of the options in the menu to continue with your Infinity App experience. As you can see, the mobile application makes it easy for you to make a payment or to look at any previous claims you have made.
Benefits of downloading the Infinity App
There are many benefits to downloading and learning how to use the Infinity App. The main advantage to having the application on your phone is that you have access to your coverage information at any time.
You can look at the type of insurance plan you purchased and call your agent if you need to make any changes to your current coverage.
Some states, like California, allow you to have digital ID cards. With our Infinity App you can easily show yours to authorities or other drivers if you’re involved in a collision in one of these states.
